Grease and flour the bottom of a 13/9 inch cake pan.
Combine ½ cup of orange juice with the remaining ingredients into a large bowl. Blend at the lowest speed then pour into the pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Drizzle the remaining orange juice over the warm cake and springle with sugar-nut topping.
