Diet: You must have a balanced diet to support the growth of healthy eyelash from within the body. Ample amount of proteins and healthy fats are required for healthy lash growth. A few foods that can help boost the health of your eyelashes are –

  • Fruits like apples, guavas, cranberries, citrus fruits, strawberries, and blueberries
